Radisson Blu Hotel Cebu's First Japanese Food Festival

Celebrate Japanese culture and cuisine at Radisson Blu Hotel Cebu as they launch their very first Japanese Food Festival. Lunch and dinner buffet is from March 9-23, 2012 at Feria Restaurant for Php1,200(net) per person.

Master Chef Katsuya Ono together with Chef de Partie Yasuhiko Ishii of Radisson Hotel Narita Japan entices guests with an extensive selection of traditional and innovative Japanese dishes. They will prepare sumptuous food which include Cold Buck Wheat Noodle with Pan Fried Foie Gras, Noodles with Chicken Curry Soup, Japanese-Style Grilled Beef Steak with Teriyaki Balsamic Sauce served with Root Vegetables Simmered in Tomato Sauce, Hot Buck Wheat Noodles with Crab Meat and Vegetables and Grilled Spearfish and Spring Onion Skewers.

Special sushi selections such as Smoke Salmon with Cream Cheese and Herbs, Sea Bream served with Salmon Egg, Beef and Shiitake Mushroom, Lightly Grilled Tuna with Wasabi Mayonnaise, Boiled Cabbage and Chiken with Balsamic Sauce and Boiled Octopus with Basil Sauce are also available during the dinner buffet.
