Owners of this place got the inspiration from the pampering feeling of cruising in the sea, to open the restaurant. From the interior design, uniforms of the staff and of course, the food; everything is inspired by the sea.

On our visit, we got to try their Chicken Binakol and Rice Pineapple.
Chicken Binakol is originally made by Bicolanos. It is best served during Summer Season since it can be consumed as juice or soup. It is a chicken soup mixed with coconut juice and spices. Chicken Binakol is to simmer the chicken with tanglad in the coconut shell itself.
The taste is sort of Utan Bisaya with a kick of coconut juice and a special added savoriness.
Rice Pineapple is simply rice cooked with pineapple chunks, some meat and garnishing. Honestly, this dish is really simple as well as the taste. The plating is interesting though. You get Rice Pineapple inside a carved pineapple.
