Siam Thai Cuisine

Thai Cuisine is one of the most interesting style of cooking in the world- one reason why I didn't decline to have a lunch meeting at Siam Thai Cuisine weeks ago.

There are two reasons as to why I personally love Thai Cuisine (these reasons also explain why it's interesting to the world).
Firstly, it's the home of the spiciest recipies in the globe. They own the dishes that'll keep you in tears. Needless to say, I had a glass of milk beside my plate during the meal.

Secondly, seafood is a star on the plate. Thai food reflects the characteristics of waterborne lifestyle. Things aquatic are its major ingredients. For a huge seafood-lover like me, Thai Cuisine is a taste of heaven.
Siam Thai Cuisine serves authentic Thai dishes.
  • The ingredients and spices of its dishes are all shipped from Thailand.
  • Thai Master Chef Suphap Tubhongsa does the cooking like that of his home country

Let's talk about their food!

Thai Fish Cakes

The food was served in a very simple yet lovely presentation. It was full of spices that made it taste so flavorful.

This dish is a new addition to Siam Thai Cuisine's menu.

Spicy Glazed Chicken Wings

For those who like chicken meat in spicy and sticky sauces,  this one is for you.

This dish is a new addition to Siam Thai Cuisine's menu.

Crispy Noodles with Mango Salad

This dish taught me that Mango can go well with noodles. Not a bad combination after all.

Spicy Thai Beef Salad

There were parts of the beef that was hard but it's acceptable. Whatever the kind of beef people deal with, there will always be parts that'll stay hard.

This dish was really spicy because of the herbs. The beef went well with it.

Tom Yum Prawn Soup

This soup was so flavorful and prawns were tender. I love how the broth looked like. You can actually tell by just glaring at the picture. It had so many spices and ingredients.

Salted Fish Fried Rice

This rice alone was a feast! You can actually consider this one as a meal.

Siam String Beans in Red Curry

This one was really spicy and yummy. I love how the string beans tasted. It was not bland, not that spiced up.

Bangkok Express is Siam Thai Cuisine's version of Philippines' Bicol Express.

This dish was done so well. It was so delicious! The broth was so creamy and the chopped string beans were crisp.

Siam Grilled Premium Ribs in Barbeque Sauce

Although there were a lot of burned parts, dominantly, the pork tasted so good! It was easy to cut and chew. The barbeque sauce made it more delicious.

Seafood and Vegetables Medley in Taro Nest

This dish was presented nicely, I didn't want to touch it. I thought it would look nice on my dining table at home but of course, I didn't bring it home. This looked pretty as it tasted.

The vegetables and the seafood cuts were all fresh and cooked well.

Krua Thai Chili Crabs

This dish made my day. Oh wait! That's an underestimation, my week, actually. It was very delicious! I finished more than two crabs on my own. It was that good!

The spices, sauce, crab were all done perfectly! Fit for a king, I have to say! I recommend you to try this!
