Third Degree Charred Bar and Grill

A new grilling restaurant just opened in town. It's called Third Degree Charred Bar and Grill.

Named after the owner, Richard Lim, the restuarant's alias speaks much of its brand.
Charred pertaining to 'burn' or 'scorch' is the manner of cooking for most of its dishes.

The menu combines elements of different culinary traditions thus, a good option for diners who fancy Fusion Cuisine.

The area covers 60 pax. Its ceiling is painted black, the lightbulbs are suspended, the floor smoothened with cement and punctuated with metal and wood tables and chairs offering a industrial vibe.

These are some of the dishes served at Third Degree Charred Bar and Grill. Amongst grilled slabs of pork and chicken, soups and vegetables are also available.
